Summit Academy OIC:

YAW Construction is proud to have participated and continuous to participate in Summit Academy’s mock interviews with the soon-to-be graduates. The mock interview is intended to prepare students for real job interviews after graduation. YAW continues to hire workers and apprentices through the Summit Academy’s training program.


N.A.M.C (National Association of Minority Contractors)
Home Makeover:

The N.A.M.C Home Makeover process selects a homeowner who’s in nee but unable to fund the fixing of their home. The time is donated by members of the organization while materials for the project are donated by companies and organizations that N.A.M.C members solicit from.

YAW Construction has been involved with N.A.M.C Home Makeover for the past 3 yrs. The 2011 Home Makeover was successfully organized by Gilbert Odonkor (owner of YAW). YAW will continue to be part of organizing and helping the N.A.M.C Home Makeover.


Under Privileged School Children in Ghana:

As part of our mission of giving back, YAW Construction has set up a system to provide under privileged children the opportunity to learn and have good education. To accomplish this mission, we solicit for computers, books and other educational materials for deprived children in Ghana.
